Eligible items may be exchanged or returned within 3 days of delivery in Qatar, provided they remain unworn, unaltered, and enclosed in original Valare velvet packaging with security tags intact.

2. Bespoke Made-to-Order Pieces

Bespoke commissions tailored to individual client measurements are non-refundable, except in the unlikely circumstance of an atelier crafting defect.
