Delivery typically takes 2–4 days. Some orders may require an additional 1–2 days depending on tailoring requirements. Delivery fees depend on your location: Inside Doha is QAR 35 and Outside Doha is QAR 40. Please note that the delivery fee is paid separately and directly to the driver upon delivery.

Yes, Maison Valare provides a bespoke "Made to Order" service. You may submit your measurements, preferred fabric, and embroidery palette through our Made-to-Order page or schedule a private consultation with our designer in Doha.
Due to the intricate hand-embroidered crystals, sequins, and natural silk weaves, we recommend professional dry cleaning only. Store hanging in a fabric garment bag away from dampness and direct sunlight.
